Rosie Alyea is the founder of Wide Eyed, a multi-disciplinary design studio based in the Pacific Northwest. Wide Eyed operates at the intersection of graphic design, design research & strategy, and meaningful creativity.
Over the last 15 years, Rosie has developed a passion for creating and collaborating on art-driven, large format design projects. Wide Eyed specializes in site-specific custom murals, cool merch, and unique wall graphics for clients who want art that tells stories of local nature, environment, culture, and traditions.
Her studio works focuses on bold color, layered storytelling, and designs that showcase genuine connection to their natural surroundings. Her process is rooted in curation, styling, and discoveries through research. Ideas evolve and are formed by honing in on narrative through bespoke details. From hand-painted expressive florals, to carefully rendered built space, down to every material and surface treatment, her sights are set on bringing joy to the world through excellence in artistry and design.
