Salone Mobile, Milan, 2016
In 2016, I traveled to Milan on a design research trip sponsored by IA Interior Architects to document Salone del Mobile Milano, the world's premier international design fair.
During Design Week, the entire city transforms into a living exhibition, with hundreds of installations, exhibitions, and events celebrating innovation, craftsmanship, and material exploration.
I designed this publication, from its visual identity to its layout, as a way to capture not only what I saw, but how it felt to experience Milan during Design Week: a celebration of curiosity, craftsmanship, experimentation, and the power of thoughtful design to shape how we experience life. Every photograph in this book was taken by me, serving as both a record of the festival and a personal archive of inspiration that continues to influence my work today.
